Shipping & Returns


Shipping

Petributes take pride in prompt shipping and most orders will be shipped by the morning following receipt of the request. Orders received on Friday or over the weekend will in most cases be shipped the following Monday. We primarily use Fedex for shipping to all US addresses. Fedex affords both our customers and us tracking and insurance on your order. Please provide a full delivery address for shipping. Shipping charges are calculated based on the order submitted and will be shown in your shopping cart once you have completed your order.

Returns

We will accept returns for refund if notified within 7 days of receipt of the product. You must notify us in advance of your return and receive a return authorization number. We must receive the product back within 10 days of notification of intent to return. It must arrive at our warehouse undamaged in saleable condition. Refunds will be credited back to the card used to purchase the item. We do not refund shipping costs. Returns sent without an authorization are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Cancelling Orders

If you decide you do not want what you ordered, it is imperative that you e-mail us immediately at us-sales@global-tributes.com to prevent it being shipped. Once we ship the item you may return it under the conditions stated above, but we will not refund the shipping cost.

Damaged Goods

We take care to ensure all goods dispatched from our warehouse are of saleable quality. Should goods arrive at your premises damaged it is important that you record the damage and e-mail us immediately at us-sales@global-tributes.com to enable us to claim from the shipping company and arrange for replacement goods to be sent if appropriate.
